• Children under age 18
• Other authorized family members using the App

We do not require children to submit sensitive personal information, such as full legal names, government identification numbers, or financial account details.

All child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Data Protection Addendum (DPA)

This Data Protection Addendum applies to the processing of personal information by KidsPayroll on behalf of parents/guardians and their children, in compliance with U.S. privacy regulations.

The DPA outlines each party's responsibilities and commitments regarding data privacy, security, and compliance.

2. Roles

• Agents Invest LLC acts as the Data Controller for parent and child information.
• Third-party services (e.g., ACH processors, bank verification partners) act as Data Processors.

3. Security Commitments

KidsPayroll will:

• Maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
• Encrypt all data in transit and at rest.
• Maintain secure credential storage.
• Conduct audits and monitoring for unauthorized access.

4. Sub-Processors

KidsPayroll may use verified sub-processors including:

• Plaid (bank linking)
• Dwolla or Stripe (ACH payments)
• AWS/Firebase (hosting & storage)
• Analytics tools (non-PII for children)

Sub-processors must meet or exceed KidsPayroll's security standards.

5. Data Subject Requests

Parents may request:

• Access to stored data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of their child's data (unless legally required to retain)

Kids may request deletion through their parent.

6. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach involving personal information:
